Class Experience

Theory Fun | Ages 7-12 |  8 weeks

Are you new to music notation, music history and music theory? Would you like to learn more about the music notes, symbols, rhythm, melody and harmony?

Our Theory Fun class is organized into 3 themes with a total of 24 ongoing classes. 
Students are welcome to enrol in all 3 themes or choose specific theme(s).

Theme 1: Melody Fun 
Theme 2: Rhythm Fun
Theme 3: Harmony Fun

In this THEME 2: RHYTHM FUN class, we will explore the basics of music notation by...

🎵 A weekly PDF activity sheet will be provided after each class for students to review the new materials. Students are welcome to work on the theory activities over the week and share their work with me for additional feedback and support.

✏️ Pencils & blank papers to draw music symbols/notes in class
⌨️ If possible, students are welcome to use the Zoom Annotation feature to draw on screen in-class

15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
