Teacher expertise and credentials
My degree is in Language Arts and Social Studies Education. I also blog and publish my own poetry. I had an excellent English professor in college who demonstrated to me the power of peer review for writing and editing. When I taught fifth grade, I had an opportunity to practice peer review and guided writing, both of which are powerful tools to empower young writers.
