US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
In this one-time class, the students will learn interesting facts about polar bears. Did you know that polar bears live in one of the planet's coldest environments and depend on a thick coat of insulated fur, which covers a warming layer of fat. Fur even grows on the bottom of their paws! Can a polar bear swim? What do they eat? Do bears like to play? The students will learn so much during this story time! We will work on story recall, being good listeners and share what we know about polar bears. After, there will be a fun art craft to complete and watch some real polar bears playing in the snow! *If you have a polar bear stuffed animal, books on polar bears, etc. please bring to share during class with your new friends. ** My teaching style is organized and full of fun while being relaxed and friendly at the same time. So come be a part of my class!
