In this One-Time class we will learn about the Viking Age in Britain, which began with raids in 793 CE at Lindisfarne and continued until 1066 with the invasion of Harald Hardrada, the Norwegian King, known as the ‘last of the Vikings’.

Class experience

US Grade 3 - 6
Students will learn a brief historical background about the Vikings.
Students will learn about the causes, nature and significant battles of Vikings invasion of England.
Students will learn about Viking settlements and establishment of Danelaw.
Students will learn about the end of the Viking Age in England. 
Keith is a seasoned teacher having taught for over twenty years in both private and public schools in the U.S. and abroad. He holds a BA History, BS Education and a MA in Military History with years of experience teaching GCSE, A-Level, AP and IB History. His depth of knowledge reflects his enthusiasm for the subject he teaches.
