This class teaches what a verb is and how to use it in a sentence. We will cover verbs. We will be using the characters from Star Wars: A New Hope to learn what a verb is. I will teach by using a powerpoint to show a situation that illustrates a verb. For example, Han Solo flew the Millennium Falcon quickly though the sky. Then I will ask, "What is the verb? The verb is flew. " Or we might see a slide and say, "Luke ran from Darth Vader. What is the verb?" I will teach by questions and...
