Hocus Pocus 2: the most anticipated movie for Halloween 2022! Let's have an unforgettable time celebrating both movies! If you are a Hocus Pocus lover or if you've never seen the movies before, this class of fun is for you! We will start off our class with introductions and some costume show off time. Think of it...
Learners will improve their gross motor and coordination skills through movement and dancing. Learners will practice following directions and learning measurements while making our recipe. Students will practice drawing, painting, and fine motor skills with pumpkin painting. They will feel confident, empowered, and comfortable participating in class.
The list of supplies will be provided immediately upon enrollment.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
When it is time to dance, children will need a clear space to move around. The space should be free of objects on the floor or anything they can bump into. This is to avoid injuries or falls. They will need appropriate shoes (no sandals, flip flops or heels). They also need a bottle of water. Learners should have a work space at a table make their recipe and to paint their pumpkins. You may want to put newspaper or some other material on your table to protect it. Regarding costumes: -Masks are welcome, however, masks should be removed for identification during the first four minutes of class to meet safety and privacy policies. -Please ensure that costumes are age-appropriate and do not contain graphic images, anything scary, violent, etc. Costumes will be vetted by the educator to ensure that they met Outschool standards (secular, age-appropriate, etc.). Thank you!
