I have been a Senior Math and Science Tutor at the Princeton Review and Tutor.com for the past 5 years. I have tutored over 10,000 students in core math (algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and statistics) and science (including physics and chemistry) subjects for the last 5-6 years from grade 1 to grade 12. This is not a graded class but I will be providing optional homework for those who want/need extra practice. Optional homework assignments will be posted in the Outschool Classroom once a week or two. I will post the assignments and the answer keys so you can check your answers when you are done with the assignments. Homework will not be sent in for grading, but for additional skills. Please feel free to message me on Outschool Messages at any time with questions about the optional homework or any topics we cover in class so that you don’t fall behind.

A review test will be taken at the end of the course and an informal assessment will be made.

1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

This curriculum is based on the US Math curriculum (originally on the New York State Education Department Math Curriculum) along with some extra addition of certain concepts to cover all High School Algebra Concepts.
