The Trojan War: The People and Events of Greek Mythology's Biggest War Story

In this 4 week FLEX class we will break down the heroes and events of the fictional Trojan War. Each week will focus on 1-2 characters. We will start before the war with Paris and Helen and the events that led to the war. Then we will cover two of the wars greatest fighters, one from either side, and how the ended up facing each other in battle. The third week will discuss the end of the war from the Greek side and how it affected one man's journey home. We will end with how the war ended...
Students will learn about the Trojan War and some of the people involved.
I have been studying and learning Greek Mythology and stories my entire life. I traveled to Greece to gain a deeper understanding of the area and locations of Greek Myth history.

The art challenge will have a variety of options to choose from but may include basic art supplies such as paper and drawing utensils.
This class is about a fictional war. Some characters die or commit terrible acts. All language is kept age appropriate, but it is still a war and there is inherent violence.
