Bring some FLAVOR AND FUN into your fall and winter cooking, as we create some amazing CARIBBEAN inspired dishes, baked treats, and some REFRESHING drinks packed with a powerhouse of nutrition, flavor, and tons of color. During this class, FOOD HISTORY, KITCHEN SAFETY, ALTERNATIVE INGREDIENTS, FOOD PREP HACKS/ TECHNIQUES will be discussed. Learners will follow easy step-by-step instructions. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Since we will be using, sharp utensils. blenders, the stove top, oven, graters, etc. for certain recipes, parental supervision is highly advised if any assistance is need. For some students that is a good amount of help is needed and for others, it is not much help that is needed. Each jr chef is different and that is expected.
