Let's explore the mysteries of the night sky by discussing the sun, moon and the earth! The sun, moon and earth have a unique relationship that influences vast and curious phenomenon, such as the seasons and tides. We will review these unique interactions and answer a variety of questions that we may have about the sun, moon and earth. We will also discuss the different phases of the moon. -Learners will be able to describe the interactions between the sun, moon and earth. -Learners will complete a moon phase slider that represents the phases of the moon.
-Printable templates, available in classroom -A few sheets of construction paper. Any color is fine, however I use one black sheet, one blue and one white or purple. -Aluminum foil -Glue stick -Scissors
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
-Learners will use scissors to cut out different items for the craft. Please provide adequate, off-screen supervision in order to support your learner.
