Class Experience
In this one-time course, students will receive a comprehensive introduction to the field of Biology. We will learn about the basic building block of life and its components: the cell. We will also explore concepts such as cell division, evolution, and energy transfer. I teach using interactive visuals and an engaging teaching style. The goal of this course is to help students come away with a solid understanding of key Biological concepts, preparing them for future study.
I am a recent graduate in Biomedical Science and have taken numerous college-level Biology courses. I'm excited to break things down to the basics and get young minds excited while learning about the amazing ins-and-outs of the living world around us.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
