Description

Class Experience

Students will be able to identify a folktale and several traits of a well written folktale.
The folktale we will read comes from Kenya. I lived in Kenya for 17 years and will share some basic information about Kenya in the class.
notebook or paper pencil/pens
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The moral of the folktale is about pride and not judging others based on appearance.
