In this ongoing club, learners will take turns being the host of the live chat meeting and use Google Earth to share significant places to them and why. For example, learners could share where they were born, favorite family vacation spots, where they got their pet, famous their cities’ must-see sights, etc. The number of places they could share depends on the number of learners enrolled in the class. Learners practice a variety of multi-faceted skills like manipulation of Google Earth, personal reflection of what’s important to them and interact with others from around the world.
