The Spelling Challenge~Spell and Play Games~Club for Ages 7 to 10- Ongoing

This class will be great for students to practice their spelling skills, reading skills, and social skills in fun ways. Learners will make friends in these weekly classes and be challenged to strengthen their spelling and reading in a casual setting. The friendly competition will be a tool to help motivate them to participate and learn while developing their spelling and reading skills.  

In the weekly spelling challenge, we will focus on a phonetic sound so that students can study words in advance to prepare for the spelling challenge. Learners will be given examples of words that can be used during the class,  but the word list won't be limited to only the examples. It is a good idea to look up and study words with the phonetic sound in them as you prepare for the weekly challenge. 

The teacher will be careful to challenge each student according to their level as advised by the parent, so let her know when you register.  See the sample schedule of phonetic sounds to expect below and in the class handout that will be sent to participants.
