This group is open to anyone but is recommended for girls. In addition to critical thinking, the discussion panel interactions promote logic, confidence, and respect. Learners will be given opportunities to actively practice critical thinking, listening and speaking skills once a week over a 4-week period. Though I’ve never had an issue in class due to the mildness of topics chosen, and clearly defined expectations with learners upfront, should there ever be a problem with a highly emotional response or situation in which learners become upset, I will address the situation by stopping the panel, speaking with learners, rerouting the discussion, and notifying you.
