The Snail and the Whale Storytime and Coloring Activity Ages 3-6

In this one time class, learners will listen as Teacher Amanda reads a special story called The Snail and the Whale by Julia Donaldson. Prior to class, Teacher Amanda will provide a printable worksheet for learners and their grown ups to print out in preparation for the class. Learners will listen to the story and then color and design their worksheet, have class discussion, discuss reading comprehension, socialize, discuss snails/whales/ocean themes with other learners, etc. No prior knowledge is necessary. Learners must be prepared to use their art supplies and design their worksheet in the most beautiful and artistic way that they can! *Please note that everyone works at different paces, so some learners may need a little extra time after class to finalize completion of their artwork*
