Class Experience

This class, one of ten Outschool classes I've created on leadership skills (each class works as a stand-alone), begins with my belief that human beings are born optimists. I say this because I think that if we, as a species, did not naturally see the future as bright, we wouldn't survive.

As such, the purpose of this class is to help students reclaim their natural optimism by learning seven positive habits optimists share:

	- They Express Gratitude
	- They Donate Their Time And Energy
	- They're Interested In Others
	- They Surround Themselves With Upbeat People
	- They Don't Listen To Naysayers
	- They Forgive Others
	- They Smile

Each strategy will be reviewed for understanding based on the developmental level of the group.

A NOTE ABOUT THE COST OF THIS CLASS:

I know the price of my classes is higher than many others on Outschool. As an experienced and talented educator, I believe I'm worth this amount and invite you to look at my reviews. That said, I don't want any family to be priced out of what I offer. Whatever your financial situation, if you're interested in one or more of my classes, please reach out and let me know what you can afford. I can provide coupons, refunds, and/or reductions, and am confident we can find an equitable rate that works for you and me.
