Compassion and Hope are the foundation of emotional intelligence, that lead to a balanced life.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Learners can understand that hope is about goal setting. There are fears that get in the way of our goals, and finding different pathways to accomplish a goal is always an option.
Along this path, we have compassion for ourselves and others. This compassion helps us develop great relationships, easing our ability to accomplish our goals.
Learners will also know the difference between sympathy and empathy.
