The science behind baking 101 is a course series design to introduce students to the science standard baking recipes. The first series involves the science behind creating chocolate chip cookies.

Students and Families the Science Behind Baking 101 is introductory course to a series of baking course involving the role of science in standard baking recipes. The first series that your child is enrolled in the Science Behind Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies. Students will have a fun and creative time creating chocolate chip cookies, while understanding the role of acid, sugar and motion play in creating a chocolate chip cookie recipe. Participants will receive the following attachments upon registration, grocery lists, equipment list and the Chocolate Cookie Recipe. The instructor will provided each learner with step by step directions and techniques during the class time. Learners will have an opportunity to collaborate with other class attendees during the course. The instructor will check in with each class participant to ensure they are comfortable and understand the steps of the Chocolate chip Cookie recipe. Parental assistance is required to make sure the learner is safe in the kitchen. By end of the class the students will have delicious finished product to share with family and friends!
