Class experience

The Role of Nutrition in Our Health will teach learners about hunger and appetite, digestion, macronutrients, micronutrients, and metabolism.
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Nutritional Sciences. I also have a Texas Educator Certificate in Hospitality, Nutrition, and Food Science. Lastly, I have taught Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness along with three different Culinary classes in a public high school setting. 
Homework Offered
There will be an assignment and review questions for each week's lesson. Work should be completed individually and should take less than an hour.
