~I will be teaching and reviewing the product rule. Which is a necessary formula to know and understand in Calculus. ~The topics will be about the product rule, background on different ways to multiply, and how a product is different from the derivative of a product ~ My class is structured based on the productivity and understanding of the students. I introduce the main topic and there's plenty of time and opportunity for review and questions at any moment ~ I will teach based on the learning style or preference of the students. If me reading from the slides isn't for them, I can use videos or let them go through it on their own. There are multiple alternatives, so I can make sure they are able to learn best. ~ My teaching style is thorough, understanding, patient, I repeat to make sure they heard, have constant comprehension checks, brain breaks, and remind them to take bathroom breaks, and have snacks and something to drink nearby. That's just naming a few, there are other tools I can use. ~ Learners will get to interact with me by being able to ask me questions, interact with their classmates, play games, have 1-on-1 sessions with me, if need be, be able to give their input on how they think they can learn best/ better if my techniques don't work. ~It is recommended that students who want to engage in this class have background knowledge in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus. How to find the derivative of a function, Trigonometry Derivatives, and Arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) ~The pace of the class is based upon the students. I have a slideshow with an introduction, explanation, examples, practice, and the summary. I'm open to providing more practice variations in game form, group work form, exit ticket form, etc. ~I will ensure that learners who enroll late into my class will feel welcomed by being proud of them for recognizing and knowing that they need help. Letting them know that they aren't alone, and there are other students who are learning the subject. So, they are not behind in any way shape or form. If they feel it's needed or works better with their learning style, we could do 1-on-1 sessions instead. I will bring them up to speed by if other students are willing, to teach them what they learned to the newcomer. If that doesn't work or no student is willing, I can send the other students to practice, or the new student and I go to a breakout room.

Pre-Requisites
Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus. How to find the derivative of a function, Trigonometry Derivatives, and Arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have 3 years of experience in tutoring Calculus.
My freshman year of high school, while taking Algebra 1, I studied Geometry on my own, so I could test out and take AP Calculus my senior year. COVID hit, but I still studied, took Algebra 2 online my sophomore year. My junior year, I took the exam, passed, and was enrolled and took Pre-Calculus. My senior year I took AP Calculus.
I have tutored high school students and college students. I have worked with K-12 students as well in school and virtually. I've worked with them for 3 years and counting.
In addition to that, I have been running my own virtual tutoring business since my 10th grade year of high school.
