Week 1Lesson 18 Parts of SpeechLearners will explore how words have meaning. Learners will visualize the differences between nouns, verbs, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, interjections, prepositions, and conjunctions as they create an interactive notebook page that can be used as a resource for future lessons. Learners will be provided with: *Notebook Page *8 Parts of Speech Worksheet * Engaging games that allow learners to apply what they have learned. *Optional Assessment for a grade
Homework Offered
Learners will be provided with optional links to interactive games.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Learners will be provided with a Kahoot game to assess their knowledge. Learners will have the opportunity to use the game as a grade.Grades Offered
Optional grades will be offered through Kahoot. Learners who wish to receive a grade, must indicate on the assessment post. Grades will be posted on Friday.
