Description

Class Experience

Students will learn various tools to use to produce self discipline
Students will understand the power responsibility
Students will learn how to become more independent
Students will know multiple strategies they can use when faced with negative thoughts
Students will learn how to vale themselves and not compare to others
Students will learn the importance of time management
Students will overall learn to be more accountable and take action
I have over 700 Outschool graduates with a 5 STAR rating. I have lived and taught life skills around the world in such countries as England, Malaysia, China, Canada, Portugal, France, Japan and more! I ran an after school program in the UK that focused on sports, responsibilities, and self discipline. 

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology - with a concentration in human behaviors 
I am a certified Life Coach 
I am a certified Advance Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT)
I am TEFL Certified to teach young learners from K-12 world wide.

My goal is not just to motivate students but to create leaders to impact the world! Let's reach our full potential!
Each week there will be a challenge given to the students, which will allow continuous learning and practicing what was discussed in class. These challenges will consist of: doing laundry, doing the dishes, cleaning their rooms, making themselves breakfast, helping around the house, exercising etc.

Overall being productive, allowing them to feel a sense of accomplishment and independence. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
