Class Experience

Does your child struggle with accountability, independence, time management, household chores, etc. ALL these topics will be covered and MORE! We will learn in a fun interactive way how to improve in these areas!

Responsibility is important because it provides a sense of purpose for a young learner! Self discipline builds resilience when faced with adversity. Young learners may tend to avoid responsibilities, which may feel good in short term but will lead to a negative outcome in the long term. Learners will use problem solving and critical thinking skills to develop the understanding of responsibility & create self discipline. By being the best version of yourself, you can then be helpful to others. Let's learn how to be the best version of ourselves!

Week 1: Importance of Responsibility & Self Discipline

When asked what traits parents would like their children to have now and as adults, one of the most common responses is “to be responsible.” We will cover various topics and areas that can improve our independence and accountability. Self discipline enables you with power to commit to your decisions and follow them through. As a result, this is a key factor for achieving life goals.

Week 2: How to Improve Responsibility

Take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Less blaming others and less complaining. Learn to feel calm and confident and use the power of intention.

Week 3: How to Improve Self Discipline

We will learn to have the ability to control our actions, feelings, and emotions, which in turn decreases our anxiety! When we are in control of how we act, we are less likely to feel anxious. We will learn to Increase our ability to achieve our long-term goals with fewer distractions and self-imposed setbacks. We will discuss the importance of having our priorities in order and the benefits of being self disciplined.

Week 4: Become the best version of YOU

We will learn to combat limiting self belief, which can hinder our ability to reach our full potential! Amplifying our strengths!
Focusing on our strengths will allow us to get even stronger in those areas, becoming more independent along the way. We will help develop a growth mindset, which will allow us to understand that life is about growing and improving. We will discuss that being the best version of yourself is about you and not others! Do not compare yourself to others and recognize that everyone is on a different path. You are special in your own way!
