What will be taught? Learners will explore the concept of resilience, including how to recognize and manage their emotions, adapt to challenges, and build positive coping strategies for everyday life. What topics will you cover? The class will cover emotional awareness, positive self-talk, problem-solving skills, adjusting to change, and practical techniques for staying calm under pressure. How is your class structured? The class begins with a brief introduction and icebreaker activity, followed by an interactive discussion on resilience. Learners will participate in a hands-on activity or game to practice the day’s concept and conclude with a reflection to reinforce what they’ve learned. How will you teach? I use an engaging mix of discussion, games, visual slides, and hands-on activities to ensure all learners are involved. Video clips and real-life examples will also be incorporated to make lessons relatable and fun. What’s your teaching style? My teaching style is interactive and supportive. I prioritize creating a welcoming environment where learners feel comfortable sharing and participating. I use a mix of structured guidance and open discussion to encourage creativity and critical thinking. How much will learners get to interact with you? Learners will interact with me throughout the class during discussions, question-and-answer segments, and while completing activities.
