Description

Class Experience

Students will be able to:
1.	To be able to know what was the Black Death?
2.	To be able to identify how did medieval people think it was spread?
3.	To be able to examine how was the disease really spread?
4.	To investigate what actions were taken to stop the spread of the disease and were they successful?
I have taught this unit before in my history class. This class is most suitable for students enrolled in British schools as this topic is covered.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
At the end of the lesson, students will complete a diagram and will outline how the Plague damages the body. Also, an activity making a small poster that will serve as PSA on how to prevent the spread of the Black Plague.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
