Embark on a captivating journey through "The Physics of Everything - The Science of the World," a comprehensive course designed to unravel the mysteries of the universe through the lens of physics. This course is tailored for curious minds eager to understand the fundamental scientific principles that guide movement and function of a variety of objects. No previous physics or science knowledge is required! From smartphones, to electric cars; from microwaves to helicopters, we will cover it all! With a focus on real-world applications and cutting-edge technology, we will explore how physics shapes everything around us. This course combines engaging lectures and thought-provoking discussions to provide a deep understanding of key physics concepts. We will delve into the mechanics behind everyday objects, the forces that drive the natural world, and the innovative technologies shaping our future. This course is perfect for all science enthusiast and curious brains to gain valuable insights into the science of the world. I teach all classes using 3 key terms: Engage, Encourage, and Empower. I seek to ENGAGE all learners with a high energy lessons with lots of visuals to strengthen retention and encourage participation. I seek to ENCOURAGE all learners through creating a positive environment centered around question and answer time, extend opportunities, and chance to come up with new and different ideas. Lastly, I seek to EMPOWER all learners through giving everyone a chance to think for themselves and guide the discussion in new and fun ways. This class is asynchronous, meaning we will not meet live each week. Students have the freedom to complete the lessons at their own pace. Each lesson will include: 1) 3 - 5 minute video navigating the physics of the topic of the week 2) Optional questions to answer I will respond to all questions within 48 hours.
