Class Experience

US Grade 4 - 7
It's a Halloween Movie! It's a Christmas Movie! It's both! Come and join us as we take an in-depth look at how this classic movie was made. We will discuss the techniques used, and compare to other holiday films. We will discuss why this film has become such a classic, learn about the symbolism hidden in the story, and what lesson we can learn from each of the characters. Each student is responsible for watching the movie before class on their own.

This class will contain clips from the movie, interviews with Tim Burton, and a power point presentation.
