What do the Cat in the Hat and Jack and the Beanstalk have in common? "Into the Woods of Whoville!" Come with us as we take a wacky look at the joined worlds of Seussical the Musical and Into the Woods. Students will sing songs from each show as well as portray the characters as they meet up with each other in unlikely ways. Day 1 will be used to read through the script and listen to the songs. The teacher will determine the casting and send that out after class. Day 2 will be a cast read...
Students will need to practice songs, choreography, and lines between classes. However, memorization of the script is not required.
A script and music tracks will be provided.
7 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Everything is the script is appropriate for children in this age group.
