Class Experience
This is the first of a multi-part series of classes all about the fascinating and strange world of Fungi. This class has been my most popular for elementary level learners and after dozens of requests for this topic for older students, I am happy to now be offering this! We will explore the structure and function of mycelium in the ecosystem, as well as the function of mushrooms as fruiting bodies of the fungi. Please have paper and writing/drawing utensils ready. No other material needed, but if you have mushrooms you've collected or mushroom books you want to share, please bring them!
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
