In this 3-day camp we will explore weather with The Magic School Bus books and cool hands-on experiments and projects!

The Magic School Bus makes science even more fun and exciting! We'll read a book together and then do an experiment based on what we learn in the book. Each class will be a hands-on project that you can do with easy to find household supplies and things that we can reuse and recycle.
Day 1 - After we read "The Magic School Bus Kicks Up a Storm" we will perform an air pressure "magic trick", then make our own colorful rain clouds.
Day 2 - We will read "The Magic School in the Arctic" then experiment with heat, then do a "cool" experiment to find out how polar bears and walruses stay warm.
Day 3 - We will read "The Magic School Bus Inside a Hurricane" and then build a model of a hurricane and make edible hurricane dough.
