A weekly meetup to explore a variety of guided meditations and breath work to ease anxiety and stress while offering tools to help improve focus, concentration, and relaxation in every learner.

Class Experience

  • Students can discover which meditation feels right for themselves and invite them to achieve a natural feeling of peace, calm, and clarity.
The optimal learning environment is a quiet, comfortable space. Students may sit up or lay down for the meditation and breathing practices. Ideally, students will have a blanket or yoga mat on the floor. If in seated position: a pillow or cushion may be used. If lying down: a pillow may be used to support the head and a rolled up bath towel makes the perfect support cushion to place under the knees. Please ask me any questions regarding props.
