Class Experience

The goal is to discover which meditation feels right for the individual to achieve a natural feeling of peace, calm, and clarity. 
The optimal learning environment is a quiet, comfortable space. Students may sit up or lay down for the meditation and breathing practices. Ideally, students will have a blanket or yoga mat on the floor. If in seated position: a pillow or cushion may be used. If lying down: a pillow may be used to support the head and a rolled up bath towel makes the perfect support cushion to place under the knees. Please ask me any questions regarding props.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
