Personal letter writing is an exercise in thoughtfulness, storytelling, and grace. The form of communication builds writing, thinking, and communication skills. The art of letter writing is not lost, but still enjoyed by those with the desire to communicate more meaningfully with friends and loved ones in a "blurb" world. I write hundreds of letters a year to family and friends. These letters are usually sent as attachments to emails, although sometimes they are the content of the email form. I've learned that letters provide a unique, meaningful moment between two people in a fast, inattentive world.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
