In this 3 week course, we will take a deep dive into the appendices of The Lord of The Rings. The appendices provide more background and history to The Lord of the Rings. The 6 appendices of the Lord of the Rings will be covered. We will follow this general schedule, this may change as result of learner interests/needs. I have been teaching high school students and adults for over 25 years. I have taught this particular class at the high school and adult level multiple times. I am also a certified counselor.
Students will be asked to read the corresponding appendices in preparation for each class session.
Learners will need to have access to the appendices of The Lord of The Rings.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
We will be referring to the appendices of The Lord of The Rings.
