Description
Class Experience
Students will improve their understanding of the letters and sounds as well as simple art concepts in addition to practice holding a writing tool.
I am a teaching artist and music therapist. I have practiced for over 20 years and I created this class based on experiential work and very successful programming that I think would work virtually even for very young learners.
I suggest students practice the different letters learned in the weekly class through the rest of the week. Parent or caregiver can follow up with the lesson and take the opportunity of expanding their learning to the everyday and live experience of the student
box of chunky markers recycled drawing paper - students my use and use paper to try their lines or drawings over and over. I would advice you recycled mailed paper or office paper for these sessions
Students will be able to improve their writing and readings skills
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
