In this 5 week course we will be diving into the book study of "The Lemonade War by Jacqueline Davies. We will have fun diving into this exciting book while practicing critical comprehension skills!

We will dive into this exciting story in week 1! As we dive into reading the book each week we will practice our critical reading comprehension skills such as compare and contrast, making predictions, inferring, character analysis, plot analysis, cause and effect, comprehension questions and discussions, vocabulary development, context clues, and a variety of other skills. . We will also be making a math connection as the students in the book learn to market and price their lemonade to be the...
Students will improve their reading comprehension skills, reading fluency, and hopefully grow a love of reading!
