The Legacy of Amberfell: A Dungeons and Dragons Adventure

Hi Learners!
Welcome to the world of Homebrew D&D! That means that this campaign was designed by yours truly (Me). In the Legacy of Amberfell, learners will be exploring the new city known as Amberfell. It is a Cyberpunk inspired futuristic city set in the world of Dungeons and Dragons, particularly the Sword Coast. A whole new adventure awaits our Heroes! 

Players may use the characters they had in a previous campaign or they may create new characters for the new adventure. If they need assistance in creating their characters we can do that on our first day of the campaign. 

So what makes this campaign so special? Being a homebrew campaign means that each and every thing within the adventure is created either beforehand or on the fly, leaving plenty of room for creativity on the part of the adventurers and the DM. I will be more than welcome to ideas players may have. 

This class is an Ongoing class, learners are highly encouraged to attend each session or miss story progression. This campaign is highly dependent on how the players decide to progress through the story, meaning that there can only be estimates on the length of time the sessions could take. This should stretch through the summer. 
8/04/2023- The party makes final preparations for their upcoming confrontation.
8/11/2023- Into the Lair of the dreaded nemesis, how far can they push?
8/18/2023- Will the party be able to make it out of this tight spot? We shall find out together!
8/25/2023- Is this the end for out group? How can they hope to survive this? 

Many possibilities lie ahead for our adventurers to discover. 


The current goal- Find the cause of the sickness afflicting the Dragon Turtle and cure the creature to ensure the survival of the city. 

In this course we will be using Outschool's Zoom meetings as well as Roll20.net for the interactive gaming maps. Roll20 does not work on mobile devices such as phones, tablets, so learners will need a laptop or desktop. We will also be using DndBeyond.com for character sheets. 

We will be meeting once weekly on Friday evenings. Each week we will build upon the following week, continuing to explore the Sword Coast and the new city of Amberfell. Players should do their best to attend each session or miss story progression.
