Members of this ongoing book club will read and discuss The Land of Stories series! Each week, learners will be allowed to respond to a prompt that relates the story to the student, be introduced to new vocabulary and comprehension questions, and engage in a fun Kahoot! quiz. This engaging and interactive book study enhances learners' critical thinking, vocabulary, text analysis, and much more! Learners will discuss the plot, characters, settings, figurative language, point of view, and connections with the text. We will spend about a month on each book, giving learners time to share and connect with the exciting characters and explore magical places!

The Wishing Spell- When the twin's grandmother gives them a treasured fairy-tale book, they have no idea they're about to enter a land beyond all imagining: the Land of Stories, where fairy tales are real! In this adventure, Chris Coffer uniquely combines our modern-day world with the enchanting realm of classic fairytales.

When I have time, I like to travel, experience different cultures, and learn the history of people and places. I am also an animal lover! I have two dogs, have worked with animal rescues, and fostered cats and dogs for years.
