I have a passion for sharing my story and journey with the world. I have been blogging for 9 years and podcasting for 3. I get paid in a variety of ways and I want to share this passion and how to get paid! Young people are all over TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms and people have deemed it to be a waste of time or inappropriate. I believe that young people can use it for good and to pursue their passions. Whether they are gamers, beauty gurus, literary addicts, or whatever they are excited about, they can use that and be a part of the content creator world. Students will learn: 1. How to create a blog or podcast 2. How to come up with their topics 3. How to write and create outlines 4. How to plan content 5. Where to find inspiration 6. How to create social media marketing materials 7. How to get free stuff to review and ways to get paid 8. Hacks on social anxiety 9. Learn Copyright infringement 10. Learn about laws using ads and affiliate links 11. Learn about Creative Commons and where to get royalty free music and photos and how to credit the creator 12. And so much more. Students will be involved in weekly challenges including interviewing people, reviewing products, and more. Students are encouraged to collaborate with peers as well.
