Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about many of the different structures that make up these anatomical systems, as well as learning the functions of these systems that we use every day. Students will learn ways to help remember challenging content that makes sense and is even fun.
I am a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer with a Master's Degree in Athletic Training. I have taught a Sports Medicine class at the high school level for 10 years. My students have benefited from having a solid foundation in human anatomical systems. Having an educational background in Anatomy and Physiology, and having taken care of Athletic Injuries allows me to offer a unique perspective to my students.
A short assessment will be sent after each lesson.
An outline of each class will be provided in the form of a google doc so that students may take notes and share them if they have questions. A brief assessment will be sent out after the lesson to be completed before the next class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learner progress will be assessed during each lesson through questioning and checking for understanding. A review will take place at the end of each lesson as well as a short assessment that will be taken after each lesson.
