Description
Class Experience
1. Students will read about and describe how most ancient people organized their calendars and how Julius Caesar affected modern New Year's celebrations. 2. Students will read about and describe different New Year’s traditions from around the world and share their personal New Year's celebration traditions. 3. Students will read about tips and strategies for setting goals for the new year and write personal goals or resolutions.
Teacher expertise: certificated reading specialist and doctorate in educational leadership and technology.
Articles and handouts will be posted in the classroom with the welcome post from the teacher.
