Description

Class Experience

Students will gain a basic understanding of how "The American War" is viewed from the Vietnamese perspective, how it differs from the American perspective, and the conflict's significance in world history up to and including the current day. 
I have a degree in history, have visited and spoken to Vietnamese and American veterans of the war, and have over a decade of experience teaching and discussing sensitive intercultural topics with diverse student groups.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
