Class Experience

US Grade 4 - 7
This class will cover the history behind Halloween. We will trace its origins from around the world and look at how the holiday evolved and changed over time. In this class, we will travel back in time to ancient England and explore the holiday of Samhain by the ancient Celts all the way up through modern times. We will also look at where many of our silly Halloween traditions come from and explore the wacky tale that is the story of Halloween. *This class will be taught in a secular manner and while it touches on different religious and historical origins we will simply be following the history and traditions involved.

If you enjoy history, Halloween, pranks, and candy then I highly recommend this class.
