Biollante! King Ghidorah! SpaceGodzilla! Destroyah! The villains come out in the Heisei series, trying to conquer kaiju's most powerful monster. In this class, we will take a brief look at the culture of Japan during their Heisei era. Then, it's time to talk about Godzilla! We will discuss the worst of the worst from the second era of kaiju. Where do they come from? How were they made? Why? What is their purpose for being on Earth? And, most importantly, how can Godzilla stop them? We will discuss each monster and its significance in the story of Godzilla. Is it possible one or two of these villainous creatures might fight their way back to take on Godzilla again? I want to know what you think! Join me to talk about Godzilla's greatest enemies from the Heisei series. * Learners are not required to have viewed each film in order to participate fully in class.

Hello! My name is Rebecca and I LOVE teaching! I have a B.S. in Education and and M.S. in Reading Education. I love creating and adapting my own curricula to make learning engaging and fun for the virtual learner and believe that providing interactive, organized, and thoughtful instruction in a supportive environment can pave the way for even the most hesitant student. It is my philosophy that learning happens in many ways, so, naturally, teaching should, too! My classes incorporate a variety of teaching tools to provide for different learning styles.
