💙💜💛 Welcome to Sing Create Play!! ♪ COURSE OUTLINE ♪ This is a mini summer camp for ukulele intermediate students, we will build on student's skills: learning to switch between chords, mixed or complex strumming patterns and rhythms while learning a new song each day. Each class will have the same structure: 1. We will do a quick warm-up. 2. We will learn/ practise the new chords required for the song we are learning during that class. 3. We will practise the strumming technique for that specific song. 4. We will learn the song, line by line, verse by verse. 5. Students can perform parts of the song should they choose to. → Please check the different days and times we offer this class. → Please note that this is NOT a class for a student who has never played the ukulele before. Students should have experience of playing the following chords: C Major, F Major, A Minor, G Major, G7 chords. >>> WE WILL LEARN <<< ♪ Day 1: "Rewrite The Stars" ♪ Day 2: "This Is Me" ♪ Day 3: "Never Enough" ♪ Day 4: "A Million Dreams" ♪ Day 5: "A Million Dreams" ♪ Day 6: "Other Side" ♪ Day 7: "Other Side" ♪ Day 8: "Greatest Show" This class will meet the needs of each type of learner, that includes kinaesthetic, visual, and auditory, through colour-coded chord sheets and visual presentations. The best results in seeing success with learning new songs is practising the chord transitions during class and outside it.

Learning Needs
🌟 This is an inclusive class. Children of all abilities and disabilities are welcome. Including ADHD, Autism, Emotional Learning Disabilities, & more. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your learner's needs!
Pre-Requisites
Students should have experience of playing the following chords: C Major, F Major, A Minor, G Major, G7 chords.
Supply List
→ Please make sure that students need to have a TUNED instrument for each class. → Learners can use a pick, but it is not compulsory; I actually recommend the use of fingers for strumming/picking. In order for me to give feedback and see clearly the learner while playing their instrument, please make sure you position the learners in a well-lit room (the light coming from their front, not from the back) so I can see their BOTH hands when playing. The young learner can sit on the floor, with their legs crossed. If they are joining from an iPad/laptop, they can also be on the floor or a little stool, it can point straight or downwards. → Please note that the learner can't sit on an armchair as this will restrict the way their instrument needs to be positioned and also restrict the movement of the learner's arms. A chair with no arms, or a stool are recommended. BOTH learner's feet should be on the floor, not hanging. → Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns. → The teacher will provide the songs and other files (strumming and chords sheets);
