In this 4 week FLEX class (NO LIVE MEETINGS), learners will learn a new cookie recipe each week, have an opportunity to make the recipe to enjoy with their family/friends, and also participate in extra activities based on the weekly recipe!

Class Experience
This is a 4 week FLEX class, which means that there will be NO LIVE *SCHEDULED* MEETINGS, a new video recording will be uploaded to the classroom every Monday morning with the new weekly recipe. Additional activities will be posted in the classroom throughout the week for learners to participate in, in addition to creating their recipe! Each week, one new cookie recipe will be shared via a video lesson, and posted in the Outschool classroom on Mondays by 8:00am Eastern Time. The video...

In this class, learners will discover new recipes to create and try with their family, these recipes may encourage learners to explore new ingredients and new foods/food combinations that they may have never tried before, while practicing and improving their skills in the kitchen! This class will increase learner's confidence, while teaching them safe practices to follow while working in the kitchen. ***Parent/Guardian supervision is highly recommended while learners are working in the kitchen during this class and with all cooking projects as some tools, equipment, and/or appliances used in their creations may be sharp, hot, and/or use electricity.***
I am a certified elementary school teacher who loves to cook, bake, and create new recipes in my free time! I love to garden in my backyard and then create recipes using a lot of the ingredients that I have grown in my garden. I believe that learning comes from all of life's experiences and that having a strong foundation in how to cook and be safe in the kitchen, while creating delicious dishes to share with your friends and family are lifelong important skills!
No live meetings, and no time outside of class.
