This class will increase learner's confidence, while teaching them safe practices to follow while working in the kitchen. ***Parent/Guardian supervision is highly recommended while learners are working in the kitchen during this class and with all cooking projects as some tools, equipment, and/or appliances used in their creations may be sharp, hot, and/or use electricity.***
I am a certified elementary school teacher who loves to cook, bake, and create new recipes in my free time! I love to garden in my backyard and then create recipes using a lot of the ingredients that I have grown in my garden. I believe that learning comes from all of life's experiences and that having a strong foundation in how to cook and be safe in the kitchen, while creating delicious dishes to share with your friends and family are lifelong important skills!
No live meetings, and no time outside of class.
