This class is an intensive literature study. It is very in depth. This study is for any student with the desire to expand their knowledge of this book and literature in general. Learners will join us once per week. In the literature portion of this class learners will go over the following.. Character Character motivation Conflict Plot development Symbolism Theme Conflict resolution Context This book does present magic. In this book a girl, Luna is given magic by accident. Being raised by a witch Luna must figure out how to use this gift. This is a wonderful story and the kids love it! Join us! We are so excited to bring you this course! Here is a breakdown of the reading that will be done at home between meetings. Week 1- Introduction to the book Week 2- We will discuss Chapters 1-6 Week 3- We will discuss Chapters 7-12 Week 4- We will discuss Chapters 13-19 Week 5- We will discuss Chapters 20-26 Week 6- We will discuss Chapters 27-30 Week 7- We will discuss Chapters 31-36 Week 8- We will discuss Chapters 37-42 Week 9- We will discuss Chapters 43-48 You will read each chapter at home completing 6 chapters per week. You will complete all study materials in class time. 1 hour per week will be spent together in class. This class is taught by amazing English teachers who strive in the classroom to make each learner feel heard.
