None, except students are expected to print out the appropriate maps and list of Spain map locations.
Three maps will be provided. One map will show the hydrography (rivers) and location of major cities in Spain. A map of Europe showing the surrounding countries and bodies of water will also be provided. The third map is one of Spain showing its autonomous communities. A list of map locations will also be provided. Learners should come to class with some colored pencils and a pencil and eraser.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
The assessment is informal. This lesson is meant to be relaxing and is really just an introduction to the country of Spain since we only have 55 minutes. If time permits, I will end the class with a short and fun quiz-like game.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
