Students will improve their understanding of 8 life skills/lessons such as saying please & thank you; having good eye contact; actively listening; being respectful (and non-judgmental); not asking about income or cost of houses or cars; knowing what questions not to ask an adult; getting to know yourself and always being kind. Knowing and practicing these points will promote good manners and etiquette and will better the person's chance or becoming a successful, productive member of society.

I believe I am qualified to teach these subjects because of my 10 years of hospitality experience. I worked for the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, the Hyatt Regency San Antonio and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center for 10 years total. I worked in Catering and Convention Services, Front Desk and Sales. I corresponded with many meeting planners and executives holding large conventions in the venues. I have obtained a high level of professionalism and of etiquette and people skills with these years of experience.
